I have found some spoilers from japanese boards. I can read it only via Google Translate, so it may contain a lot of inaccuracies: Chihaya won narrowly, but nothing about Taichi vs Arata. Taichi again think something stupid like "I can't win against Arata if I want to win, so I shoudn't care about it".

Craw 201: tieba.baidu.com/p/5773564232?lp=5028&mo_device=1&is_jingpost=0&pn=0&THANK YOU MARISA KUN!! Jraw 201: www.mediafire.com/file/8zl005a1eez9iql/14.zipHighlights: Highlights from the chapter -
Whether they win or lose, they really cannot continue going on as 3.
In Taichi's and Arata match, there is a persistent 3 card difference that doesn't shrink no matter what. Taichi goes all holey, thinking that he doesn't intend to take all of the Arata's sharpness face on. It doesn't matter if it's Arata. Doesn't matter if you win or lose. Let it all go. Let go of obsession. "Ah, but you aren't my student, are you?", vision floats, and suddenly he solidifies once more. Chihaya takes a card, and in very bold letters he realizes that it definitely not doesn't matter.
Shinobu keeps hovering in the background. They ask her to step aside for some administrative things. There was the thing I haven't mentioned from the last chapter where there was a discussion with her why queen's prelim is only 3 matches whereas meijin's is five. There is a bit of a discussion of that in the context of Yuikawa, but can't quite make it out. Shinobu keeps listening to the match, even from the other room. She realizes when it stops, turns around, and Chihaya walks into the room to record the match. The share A Moment. Then Chihaya turns around and runs back out remembering the other match.
Taichi and Arata are near the end, with the current card count of 3:1.
Next chapter is on July 14. THANKS TO IATHEIA!!

Arata's father is at home watching the match. He thinks it is better not to contact Arata. Shinobu is annoyed that that grinning idiot lost just because he made a weird promise. People are annoyed at Chihaya because she fell asleep on Shinobu, blocking the door. Arata walks away from this scene with an impenetrable eye. Nikuman and Desk-kun congratulate Taichi for winning, with much exuberance. Hyoro is annoyed, saying that it was just a luck of the draw that got yielded to him, and that winning like that is bad karma. He is in tears. Others are trying to convince him how great Taichi is. Taichi asks how much time they have. It's 15 min, so he goes for a walk.
Everyone is apologizing on behalf of Chihaya to Shinobu. Yuikawa is crying. Shinobu is trying to console her, saying that it was good game and such. Yuikawa tells Shinobu that on the way back they should go to Osaka, because she can't stop thinking about the Snowmaru kimono deal she was trying to make, and there is something that they could do about it there. Shinobu is surprised at the sudden change of topic, but Yuikawa says that now that she lost, she can't become her opponent, rather just a person from the same society. And since Shinobu wants to become a pro, she wants to help her to come up with a way to make it possible.
People in Arata's entourage think that he should have won the second game (I always struggle with the dialects, but I think that's the gist of it). Arata just decides to eat the bento that Yuu-chan prepared, to the shock of everyone.
Taichi is pretty amazed at himself, remembering how he once said that he didn't think it would ever be possible to defeat Arata. He runs into Suou and wordlessly thanks him, bowing deeply. They call him back for the third match. Suou is pretty surprised.
Since meijin qualifier is the only match being played, they sit in the middle of the room. Kuriyama-sensei thinks about how they got to this point, starting with the first match and the nasty karuta that Taichi played that disturbed Arata's flow. And now they are here, but Arata shouldn't let his guard down - after all, Taichi is a kid from Shiranami society. And everyone from Nagumo silently believing in Arata.
Taichi says how Chihaya is pretty great. She won twice, and the next match is with the queen. Hard to believe. (Nagumo people are amazed that Taichi is still talking as they are lining up the cards) Arata agrees. Then Taichi goes into the bit that alea translated. And, oh, Arata's thoughts are so pretty - "Taichi is tired. He wouldn't normally say something like that. Card after card, as though falling flower petals, to witness 'his real self', his most beautiful feelings, how glad I am that it all came to the third match"
Suou is observing everything from the window. He does think once again that for Taichi "that one person" is just Arata. "For me there are two people. 'Two people'" (for the life of me I can't figure out who is thinking this. Is it Suou still or Taichi, or?)
And as the game starts, everyone is mentally cheers. Good luck, Mashima. Good luck, Arata. Good luck, Senpai. Good luck. Even from Suou joined in with a quiet good luck.
Ah, so much great character stuff this chapter.

CRaws 204:https://tieba.baidu.com/p/5863397469?pn=0& JRAWS 204:http://www.mediafire.com/file/b67s2ndd7hq9wnp/18.zip Thanks Marisa kun and Iatheia summary from Iatheia: Third match has begun. The reader's voice gains strength compared to the first match. Taichi has missed a card, Harada is annoyed at that, thinking that "even though, you won the last match, Taichi". Murao, on the other hand, thinks that even when Arata is about to collapse, he stables himself. He doesn't consider Arata to be a genius, but that ability is certainly impressive. Arata launches into a flashback. Age 7, he was playing karuta with his grandfather, and beating kids older than him. His parents weren't pleased how he was always indoors, tried to get him playing baseball or soccer, but he was bad at it, coming in bruised from the practices, exhausted. But once his grandfather would come in and ask him to play karuta, he would come alive, learning confidence and dedication to the game. "Some day I'll become meijin. I'll be like grandfather"... The reader is impressed with Arata, his takes have good rhythm. He focuses on his breathing. Taichi finally took his first card of the game. He flashes back to the conversation with Suou "Even though winning or losing doesn't matter, why are you so strong? - Don't you get it? Nothing matters except the readers. It's the readers who bring out my genius." Taichi learns to pace his breath, and protects another card. They haven't seen Arata look like this before. It's an issue of tuning your ears. Arata can pinpoint things 1.1 syllable in, but Taichi may be able to do it in 1. Arata doesn't look like he is breathing. Shinobu reminisces of kid-Arata's crying and laughing face as hey played together. She gets a similar feeling now. Is his opponent a friend? ...she wants to become the strongest professional karuta player in a world. The world's first one. Chihaya is having a nightmare. She doesn't want Chitose to purchase the drink from the vending machine. The sound of the vending machine is wrong. She scares everyone, then she remembers she won, thanks Kana-chan for her support. Shinobu enters the backroom, Chihaya bows as though she would in a match. Shinobu remembers the promise made to her, that they will play again in the queen's final. She _likes_ what she sees. Terrifyingly sweetly, she says that she wants to consult with something with Chihaya. She grabs her hand and pulls her forward. Chihaya is reminded of the poem #4, about the beauty of Mt. Fuji, without any flowers or grass, just wilderness. "For the queen's final, would you like to have 5 matches with me?"- Shinobu asks. ...I've read yuri like that. I definitely have read yuri like that. More, please? Arata thinks that always, as long as he was able to have a suitable image in his head, the strength would be lent to him. But, grandfather, which image should he hold on to? *cue the scary face* The climbing feet in front can't be stoped. Even though he will have to break them, Taichi's most beautiful feelings. Even though he cannot stop himself from becoming a cold-hearted demon. Thanks Iatheia!

spoilers chap 205: Arata wins by 18 cards. Chihaya enters the room when Arata is ahead by 16 cards. At some point during the match Taichi notices that Arata’s hakama is coming undone, so Taichi asks for time out and asks Kana to fix it for Arata. Arata’s last take is fu. Taichi says sorry for getting in your way. Arata thanks Taichi for playing karuta with him when they were kids, even though he’d never played. If it hadn’t been for Chihaya, and if Arata were a bit better at ball games, Arata would have played soccer, invited by Taichi. “How can I think of Taichi as an obstacle?” Arata hugs Taichi as he cries. Taichi cries too; he’s come to love karuta which he spent his youth on. Thanks Alea chan Craws 205: tieba.baidu.com/p/5880117498?pn=0&Thanks Marisa kun Jraws 205: www.mediafire.com/file/9zjzm1gxxwblrsi/19.rarsummary: Shinobu explains her preposition to Chihaya - they are thinking about doing 5 matches for the queen's tournament anyway to start next year, so let's just do it a year earlier, because Shinobu wants that match to be translated while she is still a school girl, so that she could be known as a "schoolgirl queen". Kana-chan is outraged, but Shinobu doesn't see what the problem is, after all, she wants to become karuta pro. Chihaya is confused and runs away, "to see the match", like she just remembered it. Riight.
She comes in, shocked at 16 card difference. Desk-kun commends her for finally waking up. She is confused what is happening. Nikuman is saying "well, if you had seen it, you might have understood it, or you might not have, no way to tell". She is even more confused. She thinks how beautifully Arata has taken all the like-sounding cards for one reading. Taichi's reaction was too slow, he completely is unable to reach the enemy formation, and he didn't arrange his own cards in the best way.
Referee wonders what is wrong with Taichi. Comment from Murao regarding Arata's genius.
Nikuman thinks it's not over yet. Hyoro thinks that Arata is a demon. The difference in cards reaches 18, 2 more cards and the match would be over.
Taichi thinks that even though he can hear the sound, his body just wouldn't move. Under Arata's pace, he has hard time memorizing, hence he can't move. Concentrate, don't give up. The sweat won't stop pouring. Breathe, push against Arata's spirit. ...no. Cling on. Don't let go. Even though it might not be cool. Don't let go. Yes, took a card.
Arata's obi is coming undone. It's the first time he put it on by himself. But the last time it took him 5 minutes to fix it... Taichi took another card, then asks the referee to let Kana-chan fix Arata's obi. She does.
Arata is reminiscing (I always have hard time with his accent, so...). He thinks how if before transferring, Chihaya wouldn't have interfered, Taichi would have definitely, definitely have talked to him. And then he would have definitely not said yes to Taichi's invitation to play soccer, because he is not good at anything other than karuta.
Kana-chan's mother is happy, because free advertisement. Arata apologizes, match resumes. He makes another scary face and takes a card. One card remaining. Taichi keeps up the mantra "don't let go". Memorization... recheck memorization. Don't let go. React. Don't let go. React faster than Arata. Make Suou go back to Nagasaki. Be the closest one to see Chihaya's dream.... match ends.
Then the hug, and Arata's soliloquy. Audience members remember their own tidbits. Taichi's mother, actually can't place the context, so may be mistranslated "the kids from the karuta club are quite boring, aren't they?". For Chihaya it is "let's start karuta club together, Taichi". For Suou it is "even though you don't like karuta"
No idea whose thoughts they are or what, we see Shinobu as she is looking at them at the beginning, and all the flowers. "The cards.. earlier when you were arranging cards, for the first time in your life they were dear to you". This is where Taichi starts crying. "The friends, the teachers, hang-ups of youth (? not sure how to translate, but it's Chihaya), the time given made karuta to be beloved." Which, yeah, not sure how to take.
Thanks Iatheia! Suetsugu san is under the impression that Taichi fans are made of stone.....

Things are getting even more on my nerves. 206 spoilers: Taichi smiles at Arata and says "Suou-san is strong. But you go and become number one in Japan, Chihaya will be number one in the world." Suou points at Arata and remembers Taichi's bow. "That was thank you and goodbye." Shinobu proposes 5 matches for the queen to the karuta people. Chihaya also wishes it. "I have confidence that I can win against Shinobu-chan if we do five matches!" She thinks "I've come this far to beat Shinobu-chan. But if I don't want her to be all by herself, the only way I can save her is playing with my full strength." Yuu brings rice gruel to Arata's mom. They watch the video that Arata's dad sent to Arata's mom, which shows Arata eating Yuu's bento before the third match. It shows Arata's gratefulness and determination to win. Yuu and Arata's mom imagine Arata informing grandpa's image about his victory. Continues next issue.

Spoiler chap 207 At the Mizusawa club, they plan a party to celebrate Taichi's achievements. He is busy studying, though. They got him a futon as a present, that Kana-chan's grandmother got? It costs 1 million yen??
They enlisted the help of his sister to transport it to his room. Something something, phone invitation to practice karuta for Chihaya with Watarai?Watanabe?. Taichi's mom finds out, everyone else is afraid she will be angry? They made rice balls.
While eating, Taichi asked Kana-chan to make mend the hakama (hem the lengths or something?) - it would be great honor if it could be fixed by his friend - Kana-chan tears up at this. She asks if he still loves Chihaya. His reply is that he wonders if it is starting to fade. Lots of leaves and flowers in that scene. Sumire is enthused to hear that. Chihaya is hurrying to the practice.
The rest is the hakama mending. ------ From the supplement: in the library, people wonder that even though Mashima and Ayase are so well-matched, they are not going out. Kana-chan thinks that even though Taichi's confession evicted strong emotions in Chihaya, but they were probably not the feelings of love. Looks like Kana-chan is taking university entrance exams.
